Short Lived Love’, written by Brad, was born out of wanting a love that didn’t want him back. “I thought I had a good thing going, but it turned out that I was far more invested than her. I stewed on it for so many months thinking that the only way to feel better was to get her back and looking back, God was I dumb.”

Penned between Australia and Nashville, his forthcoming album MY MIND’S PROJECTION features number 1 country radio singles ‘Give Me Tonight’, ‘Drinking Season’ and the recently released track ‘Remedy’ featuring Adam Eckersley. To date, Drinking Season’ written by Brad and Dan Isbell (Luke Combs), has amassed 1 million global streams, whilst rock tinged ‘Give Me Tonight’ has over 4 million global streams. The album follows on from his celebrated 2018 debut self-titled album which earned him two Golden Guitar nominations for Contemporary Album of the Year and New Talent of the Year.

Brad has been tracing his way down the Australian East Coast on his ‘Drinking Season Unplugged Tour’ which has seen him play sold out shows in NSW, ACT and Queensland. Supporting Cox on the intimate tour was recently crowned winner of the 2020 Toyota Star Maker, Townsville singer and songwriter Sammy White.

FIRST RELEASE THROUGH NEW JV WITH AVOCA DRIVE

Following on from their self released singles, ‘Cloud’‘Sorbet’ and ‘5AM’, Indonesian producer / singer duo Galdive, made up of Osvaldo and Tanisha, today return with their brand new track, ‘Nescience’ out now on Avoca Drive / Sony Music Entertainment Australia.

LISTEN AND WATCH ‘NESCIENCE’ HERE

The first release through the new joint venture between Avoca Drive and Sony Music Entertainment Australia, ‘Nescience’ showcases the talent Galdive have for creating music by marrying their love for R&B, Classical and Jazz music in just under 4 mins of stunning-ness!

Having already racked up over 10 million combined streams on ‘Cloud’ and  ‘5AM’,   ‘Nescience’ is the perfect follow on song from this incredibly creative duo who brand their project with 1950’s feelings mixed with modern styles which are resolved around high fashion and Expressionism/ Modern Art paintings.

On explaining the meaning behind the track, Osvaldo and Tanisha said, “This song is an expression of someone who wants to help those who are too caught up with the sadness in their own world. It’s a song directed for anyone that wants to be understood without explaining why.” The cover art, drawn by Tisha, was created with the intention of showing two de-attached persons with each other. The song contains a person who is so ignorant and close minded to share
their own feelings to the other, while they are really close in person. The yellow paint helps convey knowledge and the blue shows gloom and sadness.

Formed in 2015, it wasn’t until December 2018 that Galdive decided to release their first track ‘Lotus’ which quickly got the attention of publications such as NourishCollege Music and Aviencloud. Fast forward to 5 singles later in just 2 years, the duo are surpasing all their goals they set back then – their fourth single ‘Sorbet’ has alone had over a million views on YouTube since its release in June last year.

ROBINSON REVEALS BRAND-NEW SINGLE
‘KARMA’

THE RISING POP SINGER WILL PLAY SXSW

“Already one of pop’s hottest new properties” – Clash

“A rising star” – NME

Today, hotly-tipped New Zealand pop act Robinson reveals her brand-new single ‘Karma’, out now via Ministry of Sound Recordings. The track is an empowering response to being mistreated in a relationship and the consequences that come with breaking someone’s heart.

On ‘Karma’Robinson says: “It’s about opening up your heart to someone who ends up taking that for granted, then when you end things, they try and come back like nothing ever happened. I really wanted Karma to explore the pain of early heartbreak …. I also wanted it to have real power to it – you can’t break someone’s heart and then act like you didn’t.”

‘Karma’ is Robinson’s first release of the year, following an array of successes for the pop newcomer. In 2018 her debut single ‘Nothing to Regret’ achieved 2 x PLATINUM certification in Australia and she received two nominations at the New Zealand Vodaphone Music Awards for Breakthrough Artist of the Year and Single of the Year. Robinson also finished a successful UK and European tour supporting Hayley Kiyoko and her follow up single ‘Medicine’ became an instant hit, which has already garnered over 10 million streams to date. To top off 2018, Robinson joined Australian favourite Dean Lewis on his national headline tour – and in addition – the pop starlet performed her very own debut Australian headline shows at The Lansdowne Hotel in Sydney and at Melbourne’s Northcote Social Club.

Robinson recently announced her debut performance at SXSW festival this year. She also was revealed as one of Vevo DSCVR’s One’s to Watch 2019 as well as one of Youtube’s Artists to Watch 2019. With over 90 million combined streams and counting, 2019 is certain to be a monumental year for Robinson.CONNECT WITH ROBINSON
